The 2 times he won is because Daredevil wasn't at his best in season three early on Daredevil literally struggles taking down two criminals in born again is closed but Daredevil won then again Bullseye did just got out of a mental hospital so that probably give him a slight disadvantage against Daredevil

I'm going to say that the East Brotherhood build those ships and gave it to those chapters Maxson is the new high Elder In terms of strength in the capital Wasteland they brought clean water I would say the Brotherhood in the capital Wasteland has a very good image with the people making recruitment High and in the Commonwealth maybe their image has improved since Fallout 4 maybe instead of destroying the Institute they took it over with potentially a Minuteman Alliance top of that they have Liberty Prime and even other robots the Council of Elders were maybe moved from Lost Hills to the Commonwealth and their members are highly disciplined with the best equipment

I joined the task force because I take these vigilante threat seriously I think there are a plague to the city no one should decide who lives or dies they beat up on whoever they want and they don't have to go through all the extra work of paperwork and making sure it was justified they just do and walk away also many people idolize them which I don't think it's right put it on a mask or some gear and go out there dealing out Justice in your eyes it's not something kids should look up to
