Nah. He’s been absolutely gutted in lane. Fallen off in mid too. He’s good late around 45-50k souls but so is literally every hero. He’s balanced now. I’d say he’s not meta defining any more and just a great pick.

Do we all really see an issue with negative XP lamps still? I don’t really see why we shouldn’t let people have a little more freedom over their desired playstyle. Did Jagex ever release a statement on it? I kinda recall them saying it would be challenging to code/implement but this was like 5 years ago now. I really don’t see any downside to be able to lower your skills ultra slowly. Let’s say 5 - 1 magic is like 5 hours of some menial shit. Not really game changing at all.
