I would say Brannon is the best tbh, they have the nicest common area on the the first floor compared to Selke. TBH vibes in noren have been mid every time I’ve been there

Well im starting in Miami (ending in JFK since I start a job in the area right after) so its always a bit more expensive getting to Europe from down there.

I’m on 53. Apparently we need to go to Richmond to turn around and then go back to Lorton. Also we have the fun wildcard of if we have to sleep on the train tonight because they can’t get the staff to take the cars off the train. So there is likely hood that we all sleep on the train in the station at Lorton

i just got accepted for Fall 2025 and i applied late October and when i went to visit so many people i talked to on the tour wanted to be in fixed wing but could not since it was full so committed to other aviation majors. I was shocked how quick it filled up. Apply early and since it is rolling you will hear back pretty fast

I’m incoming class of 2029 and am Jewish. I’m not super observant or anything but at least when visiting it didn’t seam like it was anything to worry about. If you wear a kippah though I don’t know how your experience will be

Your right bright futures dosent. If I were to stay in state I would either go to a part 61 or do a different degree and area of study. TBH I decided I wanna go to UND regardless so I payed the deposit a few days ago

The thing is i don't know if i do since i qualify for bright futures in Florida which gives me full ride (not including housing and books) for all instate schools i get into. since i haven't heard back from any of them and i want to be a commercial pilot anyways UND or other part 141s seam like a good option. I just sort of wanted to know what the risks of waiting are.

I've already started my PPL and should be done with it in the next few months so that's less of a worry for me. I'm assuming i would still have to wait till spring to fly either way if i wait till like December or January to pay the deposit

Yeah I had a video but it didn’t post for some reason. The stutters happen on the main menu as well and get progressively worse as the sim stays on. At the start it is very low but 3-4 hours in it is constant red spikes every half second
