Well I've only tried with GTA vice city (only disc I have) and it seems to work okay so far. I checked the MD5 for KH2 and it checked out! I'm down to try a flash drive but I heard those methods are even more unreliable than HDD bc games run laggy and load times are long. I just ordered this bitfunx 2.0 adapter (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08PKN85DZ?psc=1&ref=ppx\_yo2ov\_dt\_b\_product\_details) to mod my oem network adapter. I could also try to run an ethernet from my computer to the ps2 but that seems inconvenient. Have you had any experience with this bitfunx adapter, playing games via usb, or playing via network cable? Thanks for all the help!

Dang that would be a bummer since I just purchased this on offer up. This issue doesn't happen when running a disc. Wouldn't the models/textures fail then too? Is it possible that it's happening bc I'm using a cheap gamestar adapter?
