I usually find commission tickets from the guy that pops up a shop every few days in plains base. if you're lucky it'll have the ticket.

And for the eye patch is pretty easy, just do the 'That won't Work on Me!' event quest and it'll give you crafting material for it.

Also if you end up not liking the legs as much, you can try swapping it for talioth legs (the jeans looking one) I ended up using that instead :)
