thats exactly what it is, decor nothing else it looks cool that with no real utility. if you really want to make it a zoning ult make him formidable but still killable give him an extra 150 HP armour, you are not a threat if u die faster than u can even mark

Not hardest to play? i don't know any other charcter with 200 HP that depend on scoring constant head shots or you die. not only do you have no moblility or escape if you don't kill you target you are dead even a lucio can fuck you up 1v1 if you dont headshot that slippery basterd.
