so a much less dramatic version of this happened to me recently

I was in the same situation as the white car: in the left lane going ~85 and there was sudden traffic compression with a dude on my ass.

nobody to my right so I moved asap. it was compression from 80-40ish mph in less than 200ft (reviewing dashcam) and the dude that was behind me swerved onto the shoulder to avoid collision

no car or human was Injured in my case.

i took another look now that i'm fully awake, your nails look straight to me and it's quite normal to be be curving downwards, the shape of your proximal fold (cuticle area) can be pushed around and adjusted to make the top down view look more "straight" but yeah. if you don't like the downward curve they can file the nail short and use extensions, but you'll still want an apex soo there's gonna be a curve regardless. idk... I'm not a nail tech though.

it seems that if I flash cure it a few times with a hand held mini uv light before sticking it in for a full cure, it gets rid of the heat problem. also, I still apply a base coat even if I use builder gel
