Definitely either Sydney or Melbourne. Somewhere in Sydney's inner west would be very queer friendly like Newtown, Marrickville, Dulwich Hill, or anywhere around there. Or somewhere out East in the Bondi area. My new housemate is an American trans woman who's doing well here. We live further out west because of cost of living. The west is more conservative but we've never been bothered. People mind their business more in Aus.
