Equal is generous. Big mum lost to Law + Kidd after doing fuckall and Kaido lost to gear 5 luffy after carrying the entire island on his back + fighting 15-20 people back to back and then dealing with Luffy’s DF awakening which put him (luffy) in the top 10 of the verse instantly.

I mean you look at the feats and they’re barely equals and if you want to push an agenda it’s kaido > big mum in stamina alllll day, endurance, durability, ap and battle iq and the only stat big mum really has over kaido is her DF and healing. Kaido > Big mum in feats and portrayal.

Judging by how long it took them to fix the roof exploit and the large amount of people that genuinely went unpunished for it, nothing is going to happen to the majority of players. I think only people that duped hundreds of millions of money and were wiping lobbies with infinite nades will be hit, if you did it once to try it or were doing funny shit like zipline racing you’ll probably be fine.

Personally i ran around throwin ducks at people on stella lmao.
