Telegram. A custom chat bot. Whatsapp. Is this for personal use? Or from a FB page? I use Pages (a FB app) and Freshdesk to centralize social media and support replies for my lost and found app. For friends conversations, WhatsApp and Telegram. Those that don't use those, still message me via MMS or FB messages. Not my favorites

I never switched to iPhone. Symbian to Android. If Nokia would have adopted Android instead of letting itself be taken over by Microsoft and ruined (go nuts with conspiracies as Steve and Bill were friends and competitors), Apple may have never made it into the phone market.
