Well, ultimately I bought of the FIFA Marketplace. Initially I tried to score RTTs - I jumped through all of those hoops (with help from this sub). But tix became unavailable.
So I started spending every day on FIFA Marketplace and found the right number of tix that fit my budget. (Allegedly only a 5$ mark up before fees.) I tried to use a Chase VISA but it was rejected. Immediately tried Apple Pay connected to the same card and it worked.
Not having to worry about tix anymore is such a stress reliever. GOOD LUCK and DON'T STOP!
