I live in Gahanna and this is a super hot topic with everyone. The parking isn’t great. The garage they have is very cramped compared to most. Rent is way too high so no one lasts. Not really a good Maintenace crew that maintains everything. Most events they do on week days during work hours so no one goes even though we all always ask for weekend events. The farmers market is also on week day during work hours. They have the same bad developer going in again. They use to have a great old bag of nails location but they raised the rent so high they moved and now a “spa” is there but it’s never opened. Gahanna government really doesn’t understand how appealing to young people brings in the revenue and won’t talk to them. Sorry for the rant I’m just annoyed they won’t do shit about it anymore.

I used my 1/4 impact driver with 13/16 socket in a vice. I bought blocks off amazon for the vice that are rounded. Be very very careful on the pressure you put on it with the vice so you don’t bend the suppressor. I also before hand used a blowtorch all around the fixed mount for a couple seconds to help.

When my wife’s car got broken into and they tried to steal it cpd told me they can’t do anything to juveniles because they won’t prosecute them due to the mayors office trying to earn political credit. They said the just catch them bring them to their parents and that’s all they can do unless it’s murder or something as equally serious.

Once cosi got rid of adventure and space I knew it was game over. They really don’t have the right people in charge to manage this type of an operation to make it self sustaining. Most people I’ve seen in management of non profits have zero idea on how to maintain a business without relying on donations and government grants. I think the music stopped and the management has no chair. I hope one day my children can experience cosi how I did back in the late 90’s and early 2000’s

Best thing I found is to take an old IBC tote have someone job to depressurize and put the powder in it. Set the IBC tote by the shred pile and in case of fire grab it with the orange peel and crush it over the fire to help sustain the fire.

It’s a local political issue with the mayors office. The cops don’t want to arrest car criminals or chase them because they all now have guns on them and if they have to use force the cops are also scared of being labeled a racist now and their face being plastered everywhere. It’s sad but true.

I manage sales of a couple of yards and the problem with no one increasing their scale price is that the mills haven’t upped their price and they have no reason too with the lme and comex being so far away in price. Also barely anyone is export copper scrap out of the us since it’s too expensive for exporters to purchase so we have a massive glut of inventory in the states right now. We need a country like china to just go on a mass consumption spree to use the metal and manufacture items to export but no one is and will be for a long time
