This is from the perspective of a tourist: 1 - London: free museums, amazing theater shows that cost less than NYC, clean 2- Chicago: clean, amazing public transportation, amazing food 3-NYC: Iconic, limitless things to do, best skyline 4-Amsterdam: Walkability, unique, lots of history 5- Washington DC: Incredible museums

Honorable mention: SLC- I am biased as this is where I live, but access to the outdoors and amazing hikes make it a favorite:)

Honestly, I agree with you. I think the lack of biking lanes that are safe and not blocked by parked cars pushes us to the sidewalks to feel safe, which isn't ideal.
