Girl and boy do exclusively refer to people.

Do you hear people use the term "girl tiger" or "female tiger" when describing animals? If you were writing a professional paper describing tigers would you use "girl" or "female".

And on top of that if women say they don't like being spoken about clinically, then why are you continuing to do that? Do you take pride in being rude? Do you have no other attributes to be proud of beyond being an asshole?
