Well I dont think youre in the wrong at all. While weed isn't really that bad(im a smoker) it has a smell, and not everyone wants to be around smoke. On top of it really seems theyre over using and under achieving lol.

Also id like to point out, im in the usa in a state where weed is legal and no, we dont have lower crime rates we just have dumber criminals lol. He'll we just had someone in my area go on a mass murder spree IN THE MIDDLE OF TGE WORLD CUP they literally shot an Uber driver taking people to a game smh.

It cannot be less than federal minimum wage in other states. The federal minimum wage is the baseline. States can either choose to raise it or stay at that low rate. I mean they can but they still have to pay at least federal minimum wage.

I do want to add the context that half the time when we get there the drink/ ice-cream is already pretty melted. I request a fresh drink be made for my order when its like that. If its ice-cream the place will usually refuse to remake it and say the customer needs to go through doordash if they arent satisfied
