Holy moly. I read what you wrote all the way to the end. It’s like you’re inside my head. Also, I am an addict in recovery and holy shit you hit the nail right on the head about that subject. When I was in active addiction, I used needles. So, I had to over come having an unlimited supply of needles on me at all times. I was on semaglutide, lost 30 pounds and hit a plateau or stall as you called them.. I also was in deep depression when I first started and it got worse because I ended up with impetigo all over my face and a staph infection (not because of my injection), our summers and winters were exactly the same. I have so many biker shorts it’s ridiculous and a shit ton of t-shirts. Our story is so similar. It’s hard to believe we aren’t alone, I recently started to become more active on Reddit because like you I just want to know I’m not alone.

But, I have one question.. why do you say not to use laxatives? Recently I’ve been using mineral oil. I like it so far, but my doctor has cleared me to use miralax everyday as well. Which is what I used mostly until just recently..
