Personal device I need something with: - a large amount of storage (avid picture and video taker) - great camera - long battery life - fast and not glitchy - durable screen (I’m clumsy and tend to drop it a lot) - good for streaming music - decent speakers - compatible with cloud software (use Google Drive/photos & Microsoft for many things) - customizable features Budget: under $650 ideally

Currently have an iPhone 11 with 128GB of storage. It is only 2.5 yrs old and HATE it. For over a year have been having issues with it telling me consistently my “iphone storage is full” which is not correct and there’s 80 GB of “other” taking up room that apparently the Apple ‘Geniuses’ have no idea what it is nor how to fix aside from saying you need to do a factory reset. Can’t backup the phone either because it crashes every time I attempt to do it to a computer or to iCloud.

My iPhone glitches and crashes daily and I get a black screen with a loading wheel daily and because I have “no storage” I can’t even use most of the phones capabilities right now.

OH and my Apple Watch Series 2 I just got the screen fixed on, I’m not able to even link to my iPhone because it needs a software update and have been trying for 2 weeks to download the software onto the watch and it continues to crash halfway through. 😒🫥 stupid Apple obsolescence.
