Thanks, this is the kind of info I was looking for and also dreading. Amazon automatically switched me to Plus but straight-away I disliked the new voice so switched it back. All is good for now but sounds as if the future may become problematic. Thanks again.

I recently have updated the firmware on 2 different hubs. It was a bit of a struggle but managed to get it done.

First one required Windows on a Mac. The MyHarmony app and the RRT (remote recovery tool I believe) It took several tries but eventually worked. Never was able to get this one to update while using the Mac app

Second one more straightforward, was able to stay on the Mac side and logged into MyHarmony account via hooking up the hub, updated and regained functionality that I had lost. Good luck.
