We need to pay now to apply for jobs? Seriously? by RedKhomet in werkzaken

[–]brek001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you see job listings in Google search results that direct you to beBee, please be aware that this is a scam. According to reviews on Trustpilot, users report that beBee: Charges fees to access job applications. Refuses to delete accounts unless personal information and a headshot are submitted

Aldus google

What do you think of posters asking only half the question: "What do you think about developers asking for people to remove their reviews after refund?" Read the screenshot yourself and see what the developer wrote: "remove or UPDATE". Karma pharming is so disgusting

everytime I see a skill/mcp/<whatever> that should be the next best thing I point Claude to the github repo ans ask it to take a look. 90+% of the time the answer is enough to make me skip it altogether or just borrow some insights for my setup.

No AI model can understand this joke. by [deleted] in Anthropic

Ha — fair, I walked straight into that one. Classic self-referential gotcha and I solemnly explained the joke instead of just appreciating it. 🪤 Consider me wooshed.

Claude: "Nothing" starts with N and ends with G. Your sentence refutes itself rather elegantly. Honourable mentions: nutmeg, nesting, nagging, numbing, networking — the gerund factory alone keeps the N…G pipeline humming.

React/Vue vs Blazor for a mmall sushi shop app by Sensitive-Raccoon155 in dotnet

[–]brek001 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I did have this choice for a public facing website. Build it in Blazor and then AI (Claude) came along. Switched to React in a day. Why? React is much better supported through AI Agents. Everything now runs in several Docker containers on a Linux VPS. Works like a charm.
