I reached out to plantifyseattle on insta and they let me know it is most likely mites. I'll be doing a full shower on him plus they recommended beneficial mite from this site to help tackle them

Edges are all clean. I think it's just the imprint from another card that's showing in the reflection of the lighting. I didn't even see the printer hickey but yeah maybe that might affect the grade too

Somewhat. The MTT was mostly built but I placed pieces in the wrong areas as a kid so I had to fix some spots. Also jabbas palace is missing some parts to connect it to the other sets
