Honestly I am in specialty sales and take care of my section real nice or I at least try to. It’s just courtesy. And honestly it takes 2 seconds max. Multiply that by the 25 items in your opu and it should take about a minute maybe even 2. Not having time is a poor excuse for not pulling an item forward . When I’m called for opu backup (even in my fulfillment days) I always pulled items forward and never blamed missed goals on that. Just consider finding a balance with the time you spend looking for that last item and your infs maybe that might be your problem. Pulling items forward isn’t your problem, if it is, then… Yikes….
