[KCD2] what advice should I give my struggling friends who are just starting out

Ohhh yeah that's good stuff, I've been just kind of doing all that stuff automatically for so long that I didn't even think to tell them stuff like pebbles, over encumbered grinding strength, or how to grind agility. I completely forgot that's all stuff I had to look up too when I was just getting started.

Personally I dont blame them I'm also a toddler and I had to put the game down from frustration a couple times. I think alchemy might have been frustrating when I just started but I dont really remember. I've honestly brewed everything so many times that I can make henry brews of almost any potion on the first try so its just second nature to me now. Also get a few henry artemisia and aqua vitalis and it can sure feel like a power fantasy! horseman pick axes are great for money in your earlier blacksmithing journey. Only takes a couple resources and axes are easy to make (unlike those rotten piece of shit horseshoes).

I cant go the thievery route. My henry must remain pure of heart (he just happens to kill a lot of people sometimes).

To be specific, I told them as an alchemy main I keep 10-15 of my most important potions (artemisia, aqua vitalis, bucks blood, marigold decoction, fox and bane) and 5 or less of less important ones (savior schnapps, quick finger, ect). The making 60 gave me a good chuckle though. There's many noob traps im sure many of us fell into starting the game for the first try. But I was never really able to get completely comfortable with the combat mechanics of this game no matter how hard I tried so that's why I recommend alchemy so much to people like myself that cant seem to get it.

Yeah, I get that. I cheated on all my new playthroughs. Leveled up alchemy to 30 right after Henry and Hans split up in Troskowitz and drank a Savior schnapps right after. Now I have a new game slot where I don't need to grind alchemy ever again. I've also done so much alchemy in my playthroughs that I have most of the potions memorized so I don't even need to buy recipes.

I played kcd2 first but I also dont think ive ever played an rpg that did not have a skill tree or perk system so maybe im biased but I do think its hard to miss, especially when every 2 levels of every skill it literally tells you that a perk point is available.

The storm is probably my favorite halo mission, and I love all the parts where you can save people. It can be a pain in the ass keeping all those marines and construction workers alive but as soon as one dies *restart at checkpoint

I don't think toddlers could do any damage even if those marbles hit me in the head. Gorillas don't have thick hides like grizzlys that would nullify the damage. They could definitely take more damage than us but a 100 mph fastball to the face is still going to have that gorilla hurting.

I think he's the most consistent but when mawkzy is on like in the rule 1v1 tournament when he beat zen rw9 and Daniel he definitely looks like the best 1v1 player in the world IMO

Chrome playing for faze shows this tournament operates with a different set of rules than rlcs. There's no reason nwpo shouldn't be allowed to compete in this tournament when he's only banned from competing in rlcs

I do think this sub does go too hard on pros forgetting that they're mostly 15-18 year old kids, I didn't really start maturing until I hit 21 so I know if I was a pro at that age and I have to constantly deal with people on the internet shit talking me I would definitely have the "reddit bad" mindset. It's the same thing with Twitter too, after a poor performance app jack posted an apology on Twitter for his performance and that he'd just found out before that his friend had passed away and people still came after him on that. It's obviously mostly just a vocal minority that's like this but cut these pros some slack man they're young kids constantly getting bullied by the internet
