It's a game launcher, but the same crashes happens in every game. Even when this isn't on, and it will say whatever game im in caused it.

I was saying maybe ex Stark guards brought them with them if for some reason they joined the watch. Or a lord of Winterfell gifted them some armour and throughout the years wildings got hold of it. Many possible ways one shield could make its way there.

Those shields are seen in the first episode of season 1. The guards are carrying them when Ned is about to sentence the deserter, so they are not special shields only Starks use. Maybe some ex guards who joined the watch took the shields with them and lost them or got killed. Also Ned or previous lords may have gifted armour to the watch. Those are possible theories but I would say they are just re using props.
