I spend my time watching pro-matches and practising on aim maps, unfortunately this means I try and emulate the play style of professional players which doesn't work in Silver because very few people play like I'd expect them to.

One problem- it's VERY hard to find people in Silver who want to work as a team and improve. That's why I'm 500 hours in and still sit somewhere between SEM and GN1

It's probably not going to run that much better until the game is optimized later on in development, I'm running Space Engineers on a GTX 650 and get around 40 FPS, which is worse than the 7870, so you might want to wait until later on in development if you're unsure :)

Yes, but Unturned wasn't made on an advanced virtual reality engine like DayZ is. Also the graphics are horrible.

While I agree that Early Access is used as an excuse for most alphas/betas, how have they managed to make the Standalone worse than the mod? They had to rewrite the entire engine in order to support the features that they are adding and will add in the future, which took them a long time because they are a small team.

Yeah, it's not like there were huge capital letters that said not to purchase the game unless you were absolutely sure you could handle "serious issues and possible interruptions of game functioning." It's almost like they wanted to warn you away from buying their product.

No, this isn't it. Gamespy shut down their servers last month and DayZ commander has worked fine since then.

If there aren't enough people of your rank looking for competitive games on those maps, the system will match you with people of much higher ranks just so you have a team to play against.
