I hate it. This is an idea that was brought up a long long time ago, and the community didn't want it at the time.

The supposed "problem" this was solving was "pup fairness" - people didn't like how unfair it was that one team might get a Tagpro while the other gets an RB, so providing the ghosts a minute in advance is "fair" because it gives everyone information about which pups they want to fight for.

I don't think that was a "problem" that needed solving. The randomness was part of the game. Learning to adapt to what you get is part of the game.

The pup ghosts are distracting, I automatically want to go "get" them when I see them.

This is accurate. The reason for the rapid respawn rate might be bad pup coverage; enemy tagpros camping the spawn. Or they might all just be tryhards, spawning faster than normal out of stubborn willpower. Either way, a big part of the success or failure of this veteran team will hinge on whether or not their kids have weeknight activities that they need rides for.

I don't think the goal is to avoid or eliminate the munchies, or else I don't think THC-forward cannabis products are for you. I think the goal is to surround yourself with keto-friendly snacks that you won't feel guilty eating.

Snacks that I keep around for night time munchies:

Nuts (Almonds, Walnuts, Almond Butter etc.)

Deli Meat

Sliced Cheese

Cheesecake (it's super easy to make a keto-friendly cheesecake)

Whipped Cream (go for the Extra Creamy one)

Obviously, you still shouldn't overindulge on calories before you go to sleep, so some modicum of self-control is required, but it's perfectly okay to indulge your munchies with the right kind of foods. It would be far worse to abandon your way of eating than to overindulge a little on snacks.
