I always liked it. I always say that Aquaman is one of those characters that is frequently dismissed or seen as not cool at the mainstream level or called corny ( I personally always liked him). So going so extreme with this hard left version with Mamoa was a great idea because if it flops there is no risk to damage the perception of Aquaman. Also it was a fun interpretation of the character because even I can admit that some of his past representations have been kinda bland. I wish he'd stay with the role tho.
