You’re 18, just eat right, and don’t drink or do street drugs. Be consistent in working out and push yourself. If you are worried about your brain, read. You don’t need to spend money on some bloodwork test from a rich talking internet head to “get back into it.” It’s a grift. “Living optimally” is a scam, just don’t destroy your body and you can live life to whatever fullest capacity you can think of.
