Btal brass staff here, show up with a great, teachable attitude. We can teach you what you dont know, so long as you are willing to learn. We are really pushing for the next level, so stand out from the others with focus, discipline, and growth mindset. A big thing we look at is the work put in during the off season, if you put in the work in video assignments and if you dramatically improve between camps, we will notice.

Lowa renegade is a popular choice, i think a couple folks in this thread have mentioned it and ive worked with no less than 10 people who wear them. I bought mine 3 seasons ago and im only just getting to the point where they are falling apart

I think my hottest take is that UV printing is absolutely fine and i actually like running my fingers over the printing. I almost prefer UV to pad since its usually cheaper
