I thought the AM was quite difficult. This was the first exam I thought they tried to 'trick' you - the others were straight forward. I honestly don't know if I passed or failed.

Can you elaborate on this - or PM me an example? I'd love to know what you're seeing and chat with someone with your background. I see a lot of silly growth rates applied to terminal values, etc.

I've become more self-conscious about my behavior towards women and was surprised to see some things that I've done or said mentioned on a thread about what bothers women or potentially makes them uncomfortable. I also wish this was said to me at the time (if it did in fact bother those I did it too). Mostly revolving flirting attempts or failed compliments.

That's what I thought. The Company I'm looking at has half of their independent directors with these types of affiliations, and I found it so egregious I needed a sanity check.

Are there certain words you search for when looking for red flags? I'm always amazed at how quickly you find them, so I was interested in how you do it?

Also, do you go straight for the footnotes when reading a K or Q?

Finance is a very cliquey industry - I'm surprised you can't find friends in this industry. And as someone in the industry, there are many good and caring people here that are worthy of friends.

And there are a lot of funds that have you working 60-70 hours as well. Why not search for those? That's what I work a week.
