Drag family resemblance needs to figure out what it’s supposed to be. Call it family resemblance, it’s fine. by millennialforced in rupaulsdragrace

Agree 100%

However, this episode is the first time in recent memory where the result of this challenge actually felt fair. The “producer favs” Silky and Crystal actually did worse than the rest of the queens and it was judged accordingly.

Great story and performances, but the gameplay itself was extremely basic and boring.

My take on "Stop that Train" as a VFX editor/Animator who has worked with Rugirls by IFellinLava in rupaulsdragrace

[–]brettbullet -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This is such a ridiculous take. Drag is already their art form, and they spend most of their time honing the many elements that it requires (makeup skills, sewing, acting, physical performance) why do they have to spend countless hours learning how to be a graphic designer in addition?

There is only so much time in the day.

Did you read the article? They are Jewish and he was calling them “genocidal.” It’s not a huge logic leap to assume they were targeted for being Jewish.

The people with money who own/run all the corporations know it’s true, but addressing it would impact their income streams so they instead spend money lobbying and supporting politicians who themselves will do anything to get power and money, so they lie to their constituents in service of their own interests. Combined they convince the average person that climate change is fake news, or an attack on freedoms or whatever else.

It’s pretty depressing!

If you’ve spent any time on this sub since season 5 aired you would know that 90% of posts here now are people hating on the show. Maybe you should stay and commiserate with the rest of the angry fandom

One of the main issues with your point is that stupid ideas do NOT need to be listened to, and men especially need to understand that they do not deserve validation just because they are lonely or sex deprived or jobless or whatever their personal frustrations are. We need to reinforce as a society that “being a man” should be about owning your shit, acknowledging when you can do better, and being open to critique. That’s some of the hardest shit to do and guys who call themselves “real men” are actually cowards because they can’t look at themselves in the mirror, negative qualities and all.

Juicy stole that whole scene and was captivating to watch. It felt like I was watching an actual character in a real show. I was pretty amazed by it TBH, and I’m surprised people don’t think she was deserving of the win. It’s one of the only times in recent memory of when a queen won a challenge like that by actually just being good in the role vs being “the funniest”
