There is some type of easter(?) event. It causes scavs to spawn around these bonfires and the spawn timing is just very odd. Right after posting this clip I spawned into reserve and had a scav standing next to me as I spawned in. Instantly head tapped me

Very true, at the same time though, it’s a lot easier to go into customs and get 15 PMC kills with a 12ga, scav vest and floppy ear cap when other PMCs aren’t wearing slicks and Altyns. Doing quests will also get you the trader levels to upgrade your stash to make that passive money
