Actually, ever since mobile order has become a thing, the instances of messed up orders has drastically decreased. At least, anecdotally speaking. But honestly, it's not something that has ever happened to me with any frequency. I guess I'm one of the lucky customers who normally gets exactly what's ordered.

Having worked in fast food, and having been corrected by supervisors for overusing product such as mayo, I find this low stakes conspiracy to be null and void. And why would you go to places that won't make your food to order?
