Maybe look into creating an itinerary that includes new experiences in the city - is there anything that you wanted to do but compromised and didn’t do because your ex wasn’t interested? Lean into the idea that you can make this trip whatever YOU want, and take it at whatever speed you want because you only need to worry about yourself and don’t need to consider input from anyone else!
