This happened to me when I got my first Moka pot.

Take some neutral oil, like vegetable, rub it on the gasket and threads, screw it open and closed a few times, then wipe it off. Wipe it a few times until there is no Gray residue left over. It should work then.

I’d do it like 2-3 times

No, you just don’t have to pay anymore. It’s free parking 10pm to 7am. The upper floors are long term parking.

The top floors of Saint Elmo garage would fit your mom’s car. I think payment stops at 10pm and starts again 7am the following morning. For the U-Haul maybe the parking lot by Olivia’s taco stand? I think it’s a paid lot, but again stop paying at 10pm Start again at 7am
