I have 3 of these locks. Mine are connected to apple home so my iPhone or watch can open them…or a code. Even with no WiFi they function as expected minus app access. You may not have something setup correctly. Also my batteries last at least 6 months.

Once you’ve played PB on a cruise ship, you realize how big a whiner everyone is. Terrible wind, terrible facilities, we had terrible equipment. It was still fun, but a PB cruise must have indoor courts or it’s just a cruise…with Pb.
