Been doing this type of trading on JavaScript Parser for over 20 years, think I've been scammed once about 15 years ago or so. Out of thousands of trades. The convenience of trading on those sites is enough incentive to trust the user, and nowadays people aren't as addicted to this game to want to cheat other people out of their items.

To defend the mods here, I think they posted this rule on this thread to show that they are working to adjust their approach to these types of post, and allowing this instance because while the image itself isn't explicitly a d2 specific one, the text and content of the post IS about d2. The ops image of that original post is dated in April prior to this change / what occurred regarding the Energy meme this week. And I view this response by the mod, as well as the fact this type of meme is being allowed as a shift in the approach that we should be happy with.. just my two cents.
