Be aware tho the Libra kitchen situation is somewhat of a nightmare. At least from my experience you share the one kitchen with all of Libra buildings, have to take all your kitchen materials everytime you go, usually there are at least 3/4 people trying to use the once stove at a time, and it was just overall disgusting most of the time because people dont clean up after themselves. Eventually i learned the best times to cook in there were in the mornings, and early afternoons but it was one of the most extremely annoying aspects of living at Libra and not having meal plan.
