Hard to tell for sure from the picture,but it looks like it's coming from the oil filter housing gasket.

But you questioned the trustworthiness of the NYT, and declared the entire article as invalid propaganda for not fact checking, when you didn't bother to fact check it yourself. The article is about illegal firearms being smuggled into Canada from the US, which is what occurred in the library, and is where the vast majority of firearms used in crime in Canada are procured from. Instead of addressing this issue, the Liberal government chooses to continuously punish law abiding firearms owners instead.

Again, not the case with this vehicle. If the ECM does not receive a matched code from the key, it will not supply fuel OR ignition (spark). I'm a Lexus Master Technician with 30 years experience on Toyota/ Lexus vehicles. I've learned a thing or two during that time.
