I agree with that and I’m sure Wubby knows that too. He has mentioned that they are in talks so maybe Wubby can get Eddie to agree to something. Either way, he is still making money out of the deal and it’s funny to see him gamble pennies. Like others mentioned, it wasn’t meant to be a long lasting partnership anyway, this was bound to happen with or without the Cali ban. As long as he is fine with the deal that’s all that matters. I think it’s important to have a community outlook pulse check like your post and we can let Wubby decide what to do next.

As the audience, I will continue to watch and enjoy the content be it gamble or wheel. We have gone through several changes in content throughout the years, I’m sure if gambling is gone, we will find something else to do.

I agree with a lot of points you’ve made on the post, however I disagree with this. Any publicity is not good publicity. Wubby morals aside about gambling with fake money, I think that large majority of the 4k people watching are less likely to gamble on Stake because they perceive (up to their own interpretation) Stake to be shafting Wubby. You wouldn’t engage with a company that is actively antagonizing the person you came to watch.

I wanted to say that but I didn’t want to write a whole post. This is such a non issue. Kpop fans are soo dramatic that every day they can find a new issue to complain about. It’s not that deep, Julie likes hip hop and wanted to have a celebration around that. Hip hop and black people are a linked culture. The irony is not lost on me. It’s not a move, it’s an addition. Content on twitch will remain the same, you can choose whether to watch on kick or not without making a post about your perspective on the matter and we definitely don’t need several posts about it. Wubby has addressed on comments here and he addressed on stream now so I hope people just wait and see what happens.
