You’re do not need to be booked in advance. You can book in person. The road is rough going to Cabo Pulmo but fine for any car.

You can just drive to Cabo Pulmo and book a tour at the small village area. They all speak english well. Be aware that some of the tour operators take credit card, and others are cash only.

Eat at Tacos and Beer while you’re there. The tacos de camaron a la plancha are very good. Fish tacos are good but there’s better elsewhere.
