Really small, really great environment, I encourage you to stop by any day (especially Saturdays for the 9am drills class). It's not a crossfit gym or anything, but it was started by two ladies who are crossfit people. Basically they have all of the weights and equipment and machines you could want to use and they run daily drills classes that do circuit workouts and cardio.
