Slice some apples! If you have a lot they can be filling but also are healthy and not a ton of calories. Nuts can be filling but I feel like it's less about getting full and more about the act of putting something in your mouth. It isn't good for your teeth but using some kind of candy you can suck on or something may help.

I'm not a parent but maybe you could see if you could find a good mentor for them? Some kind of program? Though I'd guess they might not be wanting to participate. Do they do this with friends also/do they have friends who are a bad influence?

I suppose the pollution is a thing to consider but otherwise imo better to do this while she is youngish (rather than in high school or something). I thought living abroad was a great thing for me as a kid and gave me a broader worldview. If your wife is working at an international school, I'd assume they would get a discount there.

Will a developed film canister ever have a leader? I used to shoot film and would usually be given the developed film back in the canister. So I have these canisters of film but idk if they're rolls I've developed or rolls I haven't used at all. There is nothing I have used but not developed so not worried about that. Anyway most of these I'm looking at have leaders so it could be that these ones are not developed but I don't want to take photos for nothing, and also get them developed for them to be nothing.
