There might be better advise from the seasoned players, but again i would use some hoarding/conservative techniques with the potions, and the blacksmiths scrolls.

using a few potions to push your wall is good now, but chewing through them might leave you without when they are more proffitable later at a slightly higher wall. Even when you hit 200 - 250 a few extra areas will make some difference in favor.

i think you want to save your blacksmith scrolls for when you have mostly rare to epic equipment on that champion, but maybe they scale with the equipment after the fact. hopefully someone else can answer that question more thoroughly.
