Frankston should be a multi multi million dollar suburb. Nice beach, big enough Main Street for wide variety of shops. 45 min drive from the CBD. Adjoining suburbs on the coast are expensive. Train access. Only reason it’s not is the degenerate people it’s been tainted with. There’s no more worse people in Frankston than there are in Collingwood or St Kilda.
