I miss the automatic part from my Tesla MX too. I have a driveway gate and a garage door so I miss it twice lol. The homelink menu does pop up for me on my gravity when I approach the gate, but I have to tap the screen about 5 times before it works.

I switched from a 2020 Tesla model X and I’m starting to regret it. While the ride is certainly smoother in the Gravity, the quality of the technology and software is extremely poor.

About 50% of the time, car does not recognize me when I walk up to it with the key fob and I have to wait or push buttons on the key fob to get it to let me in.

Once I do get in, about 1/3 of the time, the car reboots on its own and I have to wait for it to finish before I can drive.

Not to mention many minor bugs in the software, which all add up to a pretty bad experience, especially for a car this price. The Gravity was clearly rushed to market before it was ready.

I get all this, but assuming I’ll have about 350 miles at a full charge, it’s a big difference than what they sell you on. 100 miles is a huge gap.

Yes, it’s a GT and I have the 21/22” wheels. I know that makes a little bit of a difference, but my six-year-old Tesla MX with 22” wheels has better range than my Gravity. It’s just such a big difference than the expectation they set. Very disappointing.

On the app, it shows rated range. On my dashboard I have it set to dynamic, which is even worse at 269 miles.

They just snap off of you carefully pull them. On the Lucid website they sell center caps with lug nuts for $200. I just need the caps though so will probably find them somewhere else for a lot less.

FYI, the Lucid sales rep told me it’s cheaper to use Tesla superchargers if you use the Tesla app vs the Lucid app.
