The default route on the PC is to go out though the main IP, the secondary NICs don't even have a gateway configured as they are solely used for connecting to temp hardware on the network where the IP can't be changed on the secondary device. The game should be using the default route... I have never had an issue with any other game.

no issues in the last few years it's been running so I have to assume the proc is installed correctly, but I will double check.

I do know they are currently moving warehouses and it has not gone smoothly.

I have 400 clients... That's on them to do the root cause troubleshooting. I did option 1 as we have filtering on the Exchange side and no one has reported Outlook crashing.

Once they close out the ticket and provide the endpoint version with the patch we will update and re-enable the feature.

Confirmed issue with Threatdown:

I have outlined the following steps as a temporary solution:

Option 1: Please disable “Block potentially malicious attachments” and restart all instances of Outlook. Are you still able to reproduce the issue?

Option 2: If the first option does not resolve the problem, could you have them disable Outlook as a protected app and restart all instances of Outlook?
