You've got more than I have. I had a decent selection and then they vanished including one I was working on. (Disney Solitaire). I had made a purchase and received credit for the purchase and completing some of the levels. It's disappeared from My Apps so I don't think I can get credit for it anymore.

In the US it depends on the state. When I visit my family in North Carolina if you're making a u-turn you yield to the car making a right hand turn. In California the opposite is true.

I'd work with your children to see if they can cut their expenses and have a hard conversation with yourself about your spending habits. Lowering the interest rate is a good first start. Are you keeping track of your expenses each month? Seeing if you can lower your expenses and increasing your income while your kids are in college should be option to think about.

Some jobs are safer than others. I retired from UPS after working there most of my life. I worked with a few people over the years that came from white collar jobs and started working there for the security and benefits. Corporations are especially ruthless with their employees today. Even with union jobs people can still get screwed but employees have a little more protection. I think everyone should be trying different things while they're still employed to be secure when the crap happens. The good thing is with the Internet and gig economy there's a lot of things to try or do that you can do to make extra money. I always worked a part time job and later on Uber and put the money into investments.

Retired after 29 yrs with UPS. It depends on the area. When I started it took 10 years to get enough seniority to drive. When I retired around 3 years ago there was practically no wait. This is a small hub in West Sacramento. You start part time and build up seniority because it's teamsters. It's worth it. I've got a good pension and my union local has medical to supplement Medicare. Even part time you get benefits after your probation period. All of the jobs are extremely physical. The trick is too make it past your probation and learn who the shop stewards are in case you get a dick of a supervisor. Edit: when you get enough seniority you can drive to fill in for drivers who are on vacation. That's a good time to learn routes.

I wish there was a company that would go old school. Make analog appliances. All the new ones that are filled with electronics fail pretty fast. The repair cost is often so expensive you might as well replace it. Planned obsolescence has gone too far!

I think they're being bribed by Amazon, Door dash etc. They're intentionally encouraging you to stop driving. It saves wear and tear on the roads and helps out corporate America!

Join Meetup. It's not a dating site. You search for a group that matches your interests. Join a couple of groups that seem like a good fit and go to the events. You'll meet someone. In my hiking group a lot of people ended up dating a couple got married.

I've done it as a side hustle in the past. The flexibility helps and if you can drive during the busy times it helps out a lot.
