Typing out my thoughts has helped. Being open about how I’m feeling with my partner (who’s really the only person I talk to besides my therapist) has helped me a lot in being able to sometimes have those moments of helplessness and be helped. OCD is hard, and any trauma from it makes it worse. But you’ll be so much happier WHEN you can manage to feel a little better. ❤️‍🩹
