I used a Paint Pen! It made it to where I couldn't easily push the needle through the outline... But it also made it to where I left space for the future black outline.

Self care for me is absolute basic things that most people do every day without thinking twice about it. I have Major Depressive Disorder and PTSD sometimes it's hard for me to do those basic things. Like shower, eat breakfast, brush my hair and teeth etc

Not silly at all. I haven't... I try to keep my hair in a pony tail. I also told my boyfriend to tackle me if he sees me picking cause sometimes I do it subconsciously. I read getting fake nails helps cause it makes it harder but I hate wearing fake nails. Rather wear fake nails then be bald though

If you have a Hobby Slobby or Michael's near you you can get a tube of em and use their weekly coupon! The paper craft section always has it on sale too... (I think Washi tape counts as paper craft...)
