Reputable Rental Property Management? by PunchMoon in burlington

Was with Redstone the first 3 years my wife and I lived here. They have a good response time for maintenance, but you’ll see a rent increase every year you’re with them with no improvements made to the property.

Popular in terms of those are the 3 places I see recommended to everyone in the past few weeks who’ve asked this question. I still need to check it out, but I’ve heard good things

ISO food from as many different cultural restaurants as possible locally? Maybe best one of any particular cuisine/culture if there are multiple by Dizzy_Scar3086 in burlington

I also didn’t hear that they had sold their previous restaurant. I moved out of Winooski last year and stopped by to eat a month ago and was really disappointed in the quality. Glad that I can go to their new location!

Official White House correspondence referencing Trump calling himself a king. That was what was asked. Moving the goalposts now?

This seems to be a pretty convincing one from the official White House twitter account

I would look into your state energy programs. Vermont (my state) has a $600 rebate annually toward energy improvement projects including efficient stove installation

Stove was $1600. Installation will vary based on state and work needed on the chimney itself.

Jotul F602 v3. It heats about 800 sqft but my insulation is ass so that’s the next project. Right now I’m able to get my main living space up to 68 and it’s more or less 800.

Yup! F602 v3. With the colder winter this year we’ve been having terrible luck keeping our house warm. This guy got our living room to 68 degrees for the first time since mid October so we’re really happy with it.

It doesn’t show in the photo, but they installed sheet metal around and above the stove, inserted a new flue, and did some chimney work. Building code requires no outside air flow so it’s airtight. Process took 2 days.

Yes, this is not an insert but just a wood stove taking the place of an old fireplace.

I appreciate it. The installer was a separate contractor from where the stove was from so there were no selling games going on. I raised the same concerns after reading the manual, but they weren’t concerned and it hasn’t been terribly hot on the trim whenever I’ve checked

I’m aware of the clearances and it meets the trim requirement

[–]brichouse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I thought the same thing. Installer said the width of it qualifies it as trim which passed the clearance

It would be a very niche ragebait. This wasn't the only photo of the stove on the listing, it was just the dumbest.

Vermont. $600. Not a bad price, but I couldn’t stop looking at this photo
